  • Liberty Utilities offers SurePay, a worry-free way to pay your bill on time.
    Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from the account of your choice so you never have to worry about missing a bill deadline.

    Once set up, you will see an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) on your bank statement.

Things To Keep In Mind: 

  • Depending on which payment method you choose, the processing time can vary from 1-10 days. If your due date is less than ten days away, we recommend using a payment method with a faster processing time, such as paying in person.
  • Credit, ATM Debit and checking account transactions have a $1.00 minimum and a $600 maximum payment per transaction.
    If your balance is larger than $600, you can make up to 8 separate transactions per 26 day period.
  • The official payment addresses and links found on this page are authorized by Liberty Utilities. Payments made through unauthorized bill pay services are not guaranteed.
  • Your service may be discontinued if payment is not received by the date indicated on your disconnection notice.
  • Checks returned as non-sufficient funds (NSF) will incur a fee.
